Service Area — Serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the greater Valley of the Sun. Events 50+ miles outside the metro include a $200 travel fee, with custom quotes available for Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, and beyond.
Every PM Pour package includes full bar setup and breakdown, professional bartending, custom cocktail menu design, glassware, garnishes, premium mixers, ice, and — with our alcohol packages — a curated selection of spirits sourced specifically for your event. Per Arizona Revised Statutes Title 4 (Liquor Laws), checks for alcohol packages should be written directly to \"Mesa Liquors\". Meagan coordinates every detail of the procurement process so you never have to wonder what to order, how much to get, or where to go — consider it handled.

Planning an event is a lot. We make the bar the easiest part.
For weddings and large events, 3–6 months ahead is ideal, especially for popular spring and fall dates in Phoenix. For corporate events and smaller gatherings, 4–8 weeks is typically sufficient. We do accommodate last-minute inquiries when availability allows — it never hurts to ask.
Everything. We arrive 1–2 hours before service begins to set up the full bar experience — ice, garnishes, glassware, signage, and the trailer or bar stand. At the end of service, we handle all breakdown and cleanup. You won't lift a finger.
Absolutely. We design custom mocktail menus with the same level of craft and presentation as our cocktail programs. These are especially popular for events with mixed guest lists or as a premium non-alcoholic add-on to any package.
The PM Pour trailer is designed to be versatile — it fits in most outdoor and semi-covered spaces. We'll ask for venue photos or do a site visit for larger events to confirm placement. For indoor or space-restricted venues, The Signature Pour is our perfect alternative.
Every cocktail on your custom menu is made with fresh, all-natural ingredients — fresh-squeezed juices, house-made syrups, and premium spirits. We never use artificial mixes, pre-made sours, or preservatives of any kind. It's the same standard you'd expect from a high-end craft cocktail bar, delivered directly to your event. Your guests deserve to feel as good the morning after as they did the night of.
